PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited, or OR, has announced the 12th anniversary milestone of FIT Auto, its full-service automotive service-center network. Over the past decade, FIT Auto has served customers through more than 2.8 million accumulated service bills.
The network is now upgrading its service-center standards to support electric vehicles and modern consumer behavior, while targeting 120 branches nationwide within 2026, up from 114 branches today.

Three directions for the next service-center era
As FIT Auto enters its 12th year in 2026, the brand is focusing on three major areas to improve customer experience and build confidence as vehicle technology becomes more complex.
The first direction is a full move into EV service. FIT Auto is working with EV-sector partners including EVme, King Gen, KMUTNB and NV Gotion to raise maintenance capability. The plan includes dedicated EV service bays, battery State of Health checks and EV diagnostic-code services.
The second direction is a premium front-store lounge upgrade, adding amenities such as massage chairs in waiting areas. The concept starts at FIT Auto Vibhavadi 62 before expanding to other branches.
The third direction is a nationwide pet-friendly service-center concept, supporting younger consumers and families who travel with pets while creating a warmer and more relaxed waiting experience.

12th anniversary campaign and special collection
For its 12th anniversary, FIT Auto is also collaborating with artist Sirat Intarachote, known as Made It When Drunk, to design a special premium merchandise collection.
The brand is also working with tire brands and leading insurance partners to offer promotions and privileges from June 1-12, 2026.
Bangkok Motorhaus Perspective
FIT Auto 2026 strategy shows that modern fast-fit service centers can no longer rely only on oil changes, tire rotation or basic suspension checks. Working with partners such as EVme and NV Gotion is an early move to build EV customer trust.
One of the biggest gaps for independent workshops is high-voltage diagnostic tools and accurate battery-health assessment. Dedicated EV bays and battery checks could attract EV owners whose vehicles are starting to move beyond main-dealer warranty periods.
The lifestyle upgrade is equally interesting. Pet-friendly branches and massage-chair lounges address a real customer pain point: service waiting time. Turning a routine service visit into a more relaxed experience creates emotional value and separates FIT Auto from more conventional workshops.
The 120-branch target should be achievable for OR network, but the bigger challenge is maintaining technician quality and service consistency nationwide. Once the business moves into high-voltage EV work, small mistakes can affect brand confidence. If FIT Auto can control standards and EV-parts logistics, it could become a very strong Thai fast-fit network.
