Mitsubishi Thailand launches 2026 rainy season service campaign

Mitsubishi Motors Thailand has launched its 2026 rainy season customer-care campaign under the “We take care, you just drive” concept, lifting after-sales service with Japanese Omotenashi spirit and attention to detail.

The campaign is designed to improve travel safety during Thailand rainy season and is available at more than 180 Mitsubishi service centers nationwide from now until June 30, 2026.

Campaign benefits for Mitsubishi owners

The free 35-point vehicle inspection is available for Mitsubishi owners across all models. It covers 30 basic inspection items, advanced battery analysis, tire condition checks, brake pad thickness checks and MUT-III computer diagnostics for engine systems.

The tire offer gives customers a buy-three-get-one promotion or a 1,000-baht discount when buying four participating tires. Customers can also receive 0% installment payments for up to 10 months on tire replacement spending from 5,000 baht through participating credit cards.

For genuine Mitsubishi batteries, special prices start from 2,000 baht, with battery coverage extended to 24 months or 40,000 kilometers from the regular 12 months or 20,000 kilometers for normal-use damage.

Genuine Mitsubishi wiper blades and glass-cleaning fluid are also offered from 490 baht to support visibility and safety during heavy rain.

Digital service and 0% installment options

Customers can receive 0% installment payments for 6 months on other service-center expenses from 3,000 baht. The M-Drive application on iOS and Android also supports campaign privileges, service-status tracking and service appointment booking.

Bangkok Motorhaus Perspective

Mitsubishi rainy season campaign for 2026 is a smart customer-retention move. With new-car competition intensifying, focusing on after-sales service and Omotenashi helps create a clearer difference from independent repair shops.

The strongest point is the extended genuine-battery coverage to 24 months or 40,000 kilometers. Psychologically, this can bring owners of older Mitsubishi vehicles back to official service centers after their vehicle warranty period has ended.

The buy-three-get-one tire offer with 0% installments for up to 10 months also directly challenges fast-fit service centers. Mitsubishi service centers have the added advantage of MUT-III diagnostics, which can reduce owner concerns around electronics, control units and system calibration in newer models.

The key operational challenge will be speed and queue management. M-Drive needs to work smoothly and accurately so that the campaign delivers real service satisfaction, not just attractive numbers on a campaign page.
